I ordered a package and aliexpress is not allowing me to cancel because it has already shipped. The order number is ZA00786127901, how do i cancel this?

Hello i have package #RV496941644CN
It says it has been exported directly , does this mean it is on its way to me? I have been waiting over a month and half and i wanna know if it will reach to me or if i will have to cancel the order. Because the last time it said being exported directly, it ended up being returned for security? It has being going in this loop 3 times now!!! If it keeps juggling between beijing and shanghai i will have to cancel the order
