I'm so frustrated

I placed an order June 6th and was provided tracking through my PayPal account. Tracking number AQ326003268CN shows delivered but guess what, it's not here. I contacted the USPS and they were unable to see any information with the only tracking number I have. I filed a dispute with PayPal as the seller won't respond. I just don't get it, where is my package??

Hi Papillion_024,

We could only see AQ326003268CN was delivered on July 5. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
