Where is my package theres not been an update since the 28th of august

No update since the 8/28/21 it arrived in port but nothing after that im extremely frustrated by this. and thats putting it nicely :)

Hi Charles,

When it's in the middle location, there is no information. There will be update when it arrives in your country. You'd better wait for more days to see.

I ordered a package August 12th, the package details haven't been updated since August 28th. It says it's in the destination country (US). Why hasn't it been delivered yet?

I posted some important documentation on Monday 16th August and it arrived in Shanghai, China by Sunday 22 August. Last known update was Tuesday 28th September and nothing ever since! What has happened to my documents????
