My package has not moved

Hello I would like to know if deliveries and collections have been halted in shenyang China. I have item to be delivered and collected from Shenyang but since the 28th of August no movement of packages since then. What has happened in the sorting office?

It should be delayed due to some reason. I suggest you wait for more days to get update.
