Important Documentation stuck in transit from UK!

I posted some important documentation on Monday 16th August and it arrived in Shanghai, China by Sunday 22 August. Last known update was Tuesday 28th September and nothing ever since! What has happened to my documents????

What's the destination? According to the tracking information, it should have left Shanghai.

I have a tracking device (GPS) that I put inside the box and it still shows me that the package is not moving.
