Fedex package been stuck in transit in GUANGZHOU, CN for 30 days?

Please Please help,
my BIG box package ( 772367843181 ) has been stuck in GUANGZHOU for 30 days now,
I have a tracking device (GPS) that I put inside the box and it still shows me that the package is not moving.
I have very important things of high value that cannot be replaced,
I don't know what to do anymore.
I have proof that the package is there but I don't understand why they do not deliver it to me,
please please please try to help me!!

I shipped 3 big package together only 2 arrived.
What is the reason it’s still delayed in China . Nobody give me answers over their and I told them I have my GPS track inside the box and i can see it’s there.
Please help me to find it. Thank you
