Please could you check why EF731130605IE parcel is still held at customs.it is more than 100 days now. The receiver says that they submitted all relevant documentation. How can I view the progress?

I have returned the package to the Chinese supplier (shipped from Ireland).

Since 2022-02-05 package is stuck in Guangzhou City, Customs Clearance.
I believe that supplier was notified but he still did not provided a documents required or simply does not want it back.
What can be done about it?
