My package has been stuck in customs since 19th February

Hi,
My package has been stuck at Guangzhou customs since 19th February and does not seem to be moving. Sent by royal mail tracking number rn175240427gb. I have not heard that the recipient has been contacted. Please advise when my package will be released, Thanks

Hi gemmamck,

If the receiver is not contacted, let the receiver check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
