Package shipped 3 months ago, no Updates since april 19th. IS IT LOST?

Hello, my package has been stuck in China since the 19th of April and i do understand there is a pandemic going on but why hasn't the tracking updated?? is it lost? CP380306594CN. Thanks in advance

Hi harithwaseem,

It's not lost. It's delayed by the coronavirus. I suggest you wait for another month to see if you could receive it. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
