Where is my package? tracking number: RV371485950CN

I ordered something of Modakawa and it has been shipped by China Post. The last update I got is "2020-03-22 05:27 Guangzhou, delivered to air transport" on 17track, but on aftership it says "Mar 21 2020, 11:17 am【东莞国际互换局兼交换站】已出口直封 [China Post] 东莞市 "
What does "已出口直封 (direct export seal)" mean?
Also, on that same date on aftership it says "Departure from office of exchange [Bpost]"
A friend of mine who had ordered something from the same website, shipped with the same courrier, ordered on the same has gotten her package alreadt a week ago while mine is still stuck on these updates.It's been a month since it's been shipped. I understand due to the whole COVID-19 pandemic that packages can be delayed but I would like to have my package delivered within the dates that has been given to me on my email (which were 2nd-9th of April and it's now 17th of April) or at the very least proper updates of delays. I paid about $50 and don't want to have paid for something that eventually has been lost or just never arrived.
So now all I'm left with is the question: Where is my package?

The seller may use different ways to send it. It left China around early April and is in transit to Belgium now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
