It says Guangzhou, delivered to air transport on 5-16 and hasn’t updated since.

Hi Benseibold,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I would like to send a large flat parcel to Australia and am wondering what the size and weight restrictions are and whether I should make my parcel two smaller ones or one large one if it is cheaper.

It is approx 90 cm X 60 cm and 10 cm thick.

I am able to make the parcel smaller, so does it make a difference to the cost if the dimensions are smaller but the weight is still the same?
Whci post office would you recommend I send my parcel from in Chengdu?
Can I also send it from Guang han?
