Hello, I would like to ask what can I do if the order ZA00117627801 is reported as delivered on 17th.. but I have not still received it, and it's the 20th. The name put on the name is my father's: Alfeo Merzi. Can you give some info? Thank you very much in advance :)

Tracking says handed over to delivery company since Nov.29 but they don't have i (0 reply)

LP00481396316943= tracking# Order# =AQ452406603CN. The seller and the tracking info says that the package was handed over to the delivery company but that is not the case. USPS has not received this package contrary to the tracking info.

The last info I was able to find was that it was in Compton, CA and that was on November 29th!! Just wondering what needs to be done to get you to actually hand the package over to USPS like your tracking info says. Please lmk if you need anything from me to make this happen! Hello. My package arrived in China over a month ago. The tracking info said it was sent for delivery but no one contacted me for a pick up. Then the tracking info said it was returned to the local custom office. How can I contact them to make the delivery to the exact address on the package.

The delivery tracking site says someone tried to deliver the parcel but I have no more info. No info of the delivery in my mailbox or anywhere, + I was at home on april the 14th... What happends?
