i ordered a shoe of DH Gate and they have shipped it but the parcel is stuck on the same info. what is going on because i need the shoes quick

Hi jrff,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on September 17 and takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello. My package arrived in China over a month ago. The tracking info said it was sent for delivery but no one contacted me for a pick up. Then the tracking info said it was returned to the local custom office. How can I contact them to make the delivery to the exact address on the package.

The delivery tracking site says someone tried to deliver the parcel but I have no more info. No info of the delivery in my mailbox or anywhere, + I was at home on april the 14th... What happends?
