I would like to ask about the status of my package, which is currently showing “Export Customs / Inspection Pending” and has not moved for several days.
Could you please confirm if the parcel has been received by China Post or if there is any information available about the delay?

Hi william villarroel,

They have been stuck at the customs since November 7. They couldn't pass the check due to some reason. You need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

My package has been stuck at export customs for 10+ days now. I have already contacted the seller and they don't know why that is the case. Can you please check and let me know the status and when it will be released?

My tracking number is EV015213585CN. I never received the package within the expected timeframe. I had forgotten about it after awhile. I also never received any notices from customs. USPS can't do an inquiry. I fear I waited too long. Is there a way to do an inquiry or trace where the package is? Last posting was that the plane had landed.
