Can you confirm if my tracking number is genuine and my parcel actually exists. Am614886652cn

I have been asked to return a package to a company called Vlingmoda address jiaqin jiang, Building 2, Phase II, New Thinking Enterprise Park, Junhe Avenue, 510080, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, 19124077936. I ordered a climbing frame and received a scarf! To get a refund I need to return the scarf however I am not convinced this is a genuine address and that I am wasting my money. Can someone please confirm because I will not get a refund if they do not receive the package.

I have received a tracking code from the seller "LY7590562001416CN" which I have no clue if it's genuine or not since they didn't mention on what platform I can track my order. After loads of research, I found out that the seller could have used this company to have shipped my item due to the (CN) code at the end however I haven't been successful to use the code to track my package at all.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could inform me if the tracking code is genuine and if so where my package is as I was expecting it today.
