Is Tracking Number correct?

I received the following Tracking from shop:
LP68542103CN
The system returns "No information. We seem can't identify the number."
Is the number format correct? Should the number digits be 8 or 9?

Hi Aristos Aristodemou,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.

Have a tracking number on a package shipped April 15 via China Post EMS. whenever I put in the tracking number provided it says to enter in correct format. no wghere can I find what the correct format is. The tracking number is 9361289682091178467021. Can you tell me where this package is.
