Issues with tracking number ZA02299546801

The above-referenced package (tracking number ZA02299546801) is reported as being delivered as well as being signed for. However, I did not receive it, nor did I sign for it. The shipper keeps insisting that it was delivered and will not assist me in finding where the package was delivered. None of the international tracking apps provide any specific locations as to where it was delivered--all they say is that it was delivered to "Santa Fe". I suspect the package may have gone to California and I live in New Mexico. Is there any way that you can provide me with a street address, state, and or zip code where it was delivered?
