It says delivered but I have not received it yet

The tracking number is AS413286400CN
And when I try to track it through USPS it is invalid.

Hi Auveen,

It's not handed over to USPS and was delivered somewhere else. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello,
Apparently this shipment has been delivered November 25th, but I haven't received it. I have contacted seller who says I have to contact local post office?? There are several, so whom was this shipment handed over to? Normally it is Post Nord and then they send tracking info, but I have not received such. There must be a name or company that has received it when it apparently is delivered?
