Item not received but marked as delivered

I have been trying to locate my parcel that is marked as delivered but I have not received it.
I need to know which courier company is supposed to have delivered it as PayPal will not refund my money, the company I ordered off won't refund because they say you have delivered, I have cctv proof that no delivery was even attempted on 30-08-2024 @ 17:24

Hi kerry holland,

In this case, you need to contact your local courier to check if they deliver it to your address. Just ask the seller which courier is in charge of delivering it to you and then contact.

I ordered an item in early Jnauary. The tracking number was ZA04461944101. It's marked as delivered since Tuesday 3rd February. However, no parcel was received and my neighbours don't have it either. I don't know what carrier is supposed to have delivered it to my address e.g FedEx, UPS, etc. Can you please assist me as the company I bought from are not helping.
