Items not delivered

Tracking # AS135527603CN. Says it was delivered but we did not receive it. Someone was home all day.

Hi Michelle,

Sorry, we could only see AS135527603CN was delivered on March 15. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hello, the wish website says that my items have been delivered, but I still have not received them. the tracking says it was delivered but we didn't get any of them, we have asked around no one has them. i have also contacted my USPS and they can not track the items because i don't have the correct tracking number for my post office. we have waited for over a month for our items. where are they???
