Ordered 2020/02/03, can some PLEASE tell me if this is ACTUALLY lost? It says “expired” when I track it

Hi Jade,

As it has been over two months that it's still not delivered, the system set it as expired automatically. You still have hope to receive it. I suggest you wait for another 20-30 days to see.
