Been in transit since Nov 19th. Processed through Nanjing Nov 27th. No Update since. Please help. This is a Christmas gift for my daughter.

It left China on Nov 27th and headed for Chicago since then. It hasn't arrived there yet. I think you couldn't get it before Christmas. In general, you should have got it now. But I think maybe because there are many people delivering xmas gifts in recent times, your packet is delayed.

Yes, you couldn't get it by Christmas. As you know, when it arrives US, it still needs two or three days to transit it to you let alone it's not arrived US yet.
