I recently ordered a package and I got the message that it’s shipped but nothing no location. I got tracking number and still nothing

Hi I ordered something and it went thru your parcel...tracking number is
LN856816335CN
- although I was told it was shipped I wasn’t given any info other than where it’s leaving from. Can I at least know where my package is at. It’s almost a month but again I know the impact of covid-19 is roaming still but I’ve been waiting even past due date. The company already told me that it got shipped and that was around 2-3 weeks ago and they truly even showed me that it got shipped. It took me a good 3 weeks to know where my package was truly at and I’ve gotten nothing. Please if I’m given a tracking number please give me an accurate location.
Please id like to know where the package is at. It’s clearly ticking me off because I’m supposed given an accurate location instead of search through countless of websites.
Email back please! Don’t want to start a second complaint and it doesn’t go to you.

The seller shipped it on May 9 although you made the order 2-3 weeks ago. It's at Shenzhen International Exchange Station now.
