Hi can someone help me as its my first time using this service. I have a parcel that hasn't moved in nearly two weeks is this normal. (LO272063853CN).
It says this:

It says this:

The package is not normal. The destination is UK but it's in the US now. If this is what you bought from a seller, better contact the seller as soon as possible to give you a solution:
