Thanks for a quick reply. I have been in contact with sales people.
They indicate that they left the shipment to the post 20.10.2019 for the delivery. And you are the one who received the shipment and responds to the delivery. You got paid for the service.
The latest discovery in the tracking system is that the shipment is delivered to Shenzhen to air transport 30.10.2019 19:28.
It is the mail that lost my consignment.
I am grateful that you check and try to find it (LO329059371CN).
