Good morning. My package LO565229958CN has according to my purchase website been dispatched from sorting centre and received at air transport. This was 5th December and to date there has been no update. Can you possibly assist and tell me where this package is or if it has left China? Thanks

It's still in transit to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
