Has my item left China yet to be delivered to UK? It’s been delivered to air mail.

Hi Kelly,

It has left China and is in transit to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get it.

Hi

My package was moved from air transport to a station it seemed to be moving then last update was 6 days ago and I haven’t had anything further. It updated “reached placed of arrival” on 19th and now hasn’t updated any further.
