Local courier in UK

China post tracking showing as delivered. Item untraceable with Royal mail since customs. No item received at address or with local neighbors. Who is handed the item to complete delivery after customs in the UK ?

Hi Alan Heron,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK and then let Royal Mail to check it for you. The seller should give you a solution it you couldn't get it at last.

I ordered a package and you are listed as the courier. It was coming to the US from China. Tracking says it was delivered to a local courier and delivered to me yesterday but I never received it. I need to know who the local courier was as I never got a delivery to my house. Tracking number is SNX00000194688.
