Can you please advise who does your local deliveries in the UK? I have been advised that my parcel has been delivered, however it has not arrived, and I would like to contact the local courier.

Hi wmatkinson1969,

China Post cooperate with Royal Mail in UK. If it's shipped by China Post in China, it will be handed over to Royal Mail to deliver it to you.

I know you use Royal Mail for UK deliveries.
My tracking number of ZA04752261401 isn't recognised by them! Can I have a tracking number to use for them as my parcel is showing delivered but has not been delivered!

I ordered a package and you are listed as the courier. It was coming to the US from China. Tracking says it was delivered to a local courier and delivered to me yesterday but I never received it. I need to know who the local courier was as I never got a delivery to my house. Tracking number is SNX00000194688.
