Good morning , if you can inform me the whereabouts of this order , and if its contents were 16 batteries of 5.6kg each . The reason is that it was given as delivered in Portugal and no one in Portugal has seen or transported it. I'm in dispute with the seller and he says she's at the nearest post office, which isn't true. I would appreciate information because you were the ones who made the transport?
