I have been waiting approximately three months for my package to be delivered, (unfortunately our country was on lockdown), and I am in dire need of having the items I need delivered. Our post office is unfortunately not doing deliveries and not communicating at all, could I possibly arrange for a delivery with a courier from the city which the parcel is currently located so that I may have it delivered ASAP? This is not a complaint but an attempt to resolve an issue.

Hi there! I just had a package ship out but need to change the delivery address. Is this possible? Item shipped 3/17 isn’t supposed to be delivered until 4/7-4/28. Hopefully that’s plenty of time to intercept it.

Hello, i am supposed to recive a package these days at home. It was supposed to come much early and sadly i wont be at home to recive it these days.
I did not find a number to contact directly the courier to ask him so i'm writing here.
Could i ask for a change of adress delivery. It would be from my home "Via Piave, 9" to a nearby store in "Via A. Moro Interna, 3/E"
Otherwise if you could give me any contact of the courrier i could ask myself.
