Looks like delivered

Hello I am tracking AS754710020CN and I was waiting last 5 jan to receive waiting at home. After been at home all day I check the status of the delivery and say "DELIVERED OK" but it was not, I never receive the goods. I need to contact to the local courier to see what happent with my good. thnaks

Hi Jose Jimenez,

It should be delivered by Canada Post. According to the tracking information, AS754710020CN was delivered on Jan.5. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
