Hello! I have a parcel with the tracking number on summary. For 2 weeks it says "received by carrier". Does it have shipped? If not, can we make the shipping procedure any faster? Thank you!

My package has not been updated since shipped on the 14/11/2020.
Still have not recieved item, seller told me it would arrive soon and has not bothered to check for updates.
Is my package still on its way ?

It was received by airline on Nov.30 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Greece after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
