May you please follow up the delivery? The status has been paused for 3 days. Last time the deliveryman even didn't get to Hong Kong and stayed in Shenzhen claiming unable to send out. Please make sure the same thing not happen again and pass to HK post office when unable to send out in HK. Thank you.
