Marked as delivered but not received

I have been tracking more order ZA02720011601 which last update said submitted on the 6 november and says delivered. I have not received any package. The address is correct. I have emailed the person i ordered from with no response. Could you please tell me the courier who delivered to my address so i can see where my package ended up or to get a refund?

Hi keiran mathews,

You can only require the sender to provide you with the delivery address and proof of delivery. If the seller doesn't reply you, it must be a scam. We have found many sellers use china post parcel to ship some junk to another address. The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either. You need to call your bank and report fraud to get refund asap.

I ordered an item in early Jnauary. The tracking number was ZA04461944101. It's marked as delivered since Tuesday 3rd February. However, no parcel was received and my neighbours don't have it either. I don't know what carrier is supposed to have delivered it to my address e.g FedEx, UPS, etc. Can you please assist me as the company I bought from are not helping.
