Missing package and "expired" tracking number

My package was shipped on May 14, 2020; the last update was May 23, 2020 when it said "Shanghai, has been handed over to the airline transport." Two and a half months later, it hasn't moved and when I enter the tracking number, it is showing as "expired."
Could you look into this and tell me what the next steps are? I would really love to receive this package. Thank you!

My package was ordered March 25th and I'm still waiting. The tracking number expired. It is LS295401007CN. The last status was "original post is preparing to dispatch mail piece." Is this normal for right now?

It's delayed for a long time in China. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in this August, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
