Missing Package

My package has been missing since feb 13. Can you please help me find it? it was supposed to be delivered a week ago and I have no clue where it could be.. Tracking number RO641279396CN

Hi jojo,

Don't worry about it. It's normal. It left china on Feb. 13 and on the way to USA now. It usually takes about a month to reach. There will be further update when it arrives in your country. Wait patiently.
