If it couldn't be delivered in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.

Hi, It’s not about not coming in time it’s about not receiving it. It told me it will come, never came.

I placed on order on June 26, 2020. The Order # is 99439. The tracking # is LY350226265CN. It says that it has been “delivered” and shows that it has been delivered to somewhere in New York.

I live in London, Ontario, Canada. Can someone please advise when my order will be delivered?
