My package is delivered to wrong state, and it's not even what I ordered.

Yes, I purchased through ebay a Guitar from China, bad idea. I'm protected by ebay policies but not against the delivery to a wrong address. the box according to USPS shows small box 1 ounce weight, must be a small Guitar! So now after waiting a month for delivery, I get nothing, I'm out 200 bucks and no response from seller..SCAM! I live in Fl, and the mystery package went to Alabama. Needless to say I'm pretty upset.

Hey Daisey, you are awesome! Unfortunately the seller won't respond to me, I've contacted usps, and ebay...opened a case. Its clearly a scam as before the sale he was responding, after...he's not, he could have had something bad happened to him, who knows. I'm just going to get a refund and go from there. Thank you much for taking the time to respond.
In general, if it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. The seller should give you a solution at last if you couldn't get it. If the seller doesn't reply you. You can only contact ebay customers to get a solution.
