My package is not updated since November 20

I order 2 packages in the same day. One arrived at November 28 and the other is in transit since November 20. How can I know where it really is? and why the 2 packages sent in the same day can have so different date to arrive?

Hey, can anybody tell me what is happening with my package LL857010713CN? On every website I've checked it hasn't been updated since the 25th of November, but on this website it says it was handed over to airline on the 26th. Does anyone know where it actually is?
