My package said it was delivered...Twice. I never received it.

I got notification that my package was delivered on Tuesday the 28th. Then I got a notification @7:32 am on Wednesday the 29th that they attempted another delivery and then was delivered at 9:43am that same day. We were home, naturally, all day and NO delivery was made. I reached out to seller but have had NO response. I verified my address on the order. Where do I go from here? Track the actual person who delivered it? Suggestions???

My tracking number was LY000317898CN. I live in Michigan. My package went from China to New York to Hawaii. I wanted that item.

My tracking info says it was attempted twice to be delivered. I have been home and watching (quarantined) and that is not true. LN904810520CN Is the tracking info.

My package said it was deliveredon the 3rd of April 2021, but I never received anything. Tracking number is LZ731465238CN. How can it say deliverd if I have never received anything?
