My package says delivered but I haven’t received it

I’m really pissed off like I been waiting on my couch for 20 days and more and y’all say it’s delivered and I don’t have it I need a refund I can’t contact support because you mfs don’t have a freaking customer service help I Need a refund cause at this point this shit a scam

Hi Diamond Harris,

If you cant contact the sender, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
