My package says delivered but I never received it

My package says delivered to my address but I never received anything and the site I ordered it from says the email is not longer able to be contacted so idk what to do

Hi Maddi,

In this case, you may be scammed. You can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
