My package says it was delivered but it's not at my house.

My address is 70 Banbury Road Brantford Ontario Canada N3P 1C3. The tracking said it was delivered at 16:01 on October 23rd. It's only 08:40 here so not sure where it was delivered. Google map that came with it shows it got delivered in the UK.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
