my package still has not been mailed out

Hi,

I am not sure why are you taking such a long time to mail my package, it stated that it has been stuck at the processing centre since 17 nov ! This is has been one month !!!

I used singapore post to post the item and it shows that it is stuck in china post for a month, which is ridiculous. I thought You guys would be more efficient than this.

Hi. My tracking number is EA558629782CN.

I mailed some medicine products to Santiago, Chile. It is now October 29 and the latest status is still in Zhengzhou on September 13. As I'm not entiredly sure the medicine is allowed to be mailed to Chile, I'm worried that it is being returned.

is it possible to know if it is on its way to chile, or is it being returned? Thanks.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. It shipped supposedly on 5.29.2020. Tracking started 6.6.2020. I never received it. It is coming from Fuzlou, China. I don't believe it was ever mailed. I have received over 30 packages from China since then and they were all timely and I don't believe this was ever mailed. It is a scam going on in Fuzlou, China with the merchants.
