My package has been stuck at the Chengdu International Exchange Station since April 28. Is there any way to track it and see why? The tracking number is LW591125616CN

Hi valeriechyn,

It's still stuck at Chengdu International Exchange Station now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Dear Sir or Madam
Your tracking app says the consignment WUYOU0322300303 has been delivered to Prague, 15300 on 29 April, but it HAS NOT.
I have contacted local Czech Post and they do not have any package of this number or on my name in the system since 1 April.
Where is the package please? Which delivery company have you left it with in the Czech Republic? Has it been given a new number?
