Please help me figure out what’s going on with my package. The tracking number is AG478275406CN and it appears to be stuck in California. I am worried about it and wonder if I need to do anything or call someone to get this thing moving again. Can you please help me out with this?

I am having the same issue with my package AG305242435CN. ( It arrived in Los Angeles on the 17th and apparently has been moving back-and-forth to and from LA ever since. The last time I had a similar issue to this was when the destination address on the package was blurred so they didn’t know where to send it, but this seems to be happening to a lot of people so it probably has something to do with the whole haul. Things might just be moving slowly since it’s so close to Christmas, but I would like a definite answer to this as well.
