My Paket has not been delivered/ it is not at my new or old address

I contacted you earlier that my address was wrong (it changed my address when I went from the ad to the store back to my old address and I didn't notice at first) I got an email from you that you changed the Address, but I haven't got any Paket or notice for a Paket.
I also filled out a Nachsendeantrag (a form to fill out at the German post to make them send you a Paket if you moved) that also seem to not work. I can't see any information here where the Paket was delivered to where is it ?

Mein Paket mit der Sendungsnummer AQ051151035CN wurde laut Sendungsverfolgung heute zugestellt. Weder bei mir noch bei meinen Nachbarn ist das Paket angekommen. Wo kann das Paket sein?
