When I track my package with number RV311914342CN, it says delivered and received by me, but I did not received any, please if you can swnd me the company or contact number of your courier partner in the Philippines.

It's delivered by Philippine Post in your Philippines. You'd better contact the seller first to confirm if he gave you the right tracking number and filled the right address. Then contact Philippine Post to check.
