My status package is not clear

Hello,
I was supposed to receive my package ( tracking number : CT795397014CN) at my personal adress and the status is saying that it is in a post office since the 03/28 and I don't know why and how I can receive it .

Hi LYNDAZA,

The seller use a cheap way to send it. It couldn't be tracked after it leaves for some stations in China. So, you couldn't get update. You can only wait for it. If you couldn't receive it within two months, you need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.
